Taking what we have learned...
As Founders of the LifeSchoolHouse community (www.lifeschoolhouse.com) we have learned a lot about the social poverty facing our communities. The mental and emotional impacts of social isolation and loneliness are particularly wide-reaching following the COVID-19 pandemic and we all need spaces to rebuild, reconnect, and bridge to new systems. FireLoch will be a permanent space to learn together and to shape a new way forward.
...and building something new!
We are expanding to offer shared space for private gatherings, public workshops, and retreats for grassroots community leaders and those who need rest, and reconnection and deeper learning.
Your Hosts
We are the DeCoste family and we welcome you to this place. When you visit you will see that FireLoch is shared space - a place for you to come and engage as well as a place for our children to grow up connected with their community and nature. Walter the cat will also greet anyone who comes into the parking lot but no matter what he tells you - he isn't allowed in the barn :)
