Welcome to the Wild Grief Project. Wild Grief consists of two components: Walking the Labyrinth of Grief and The Mandala of Grief. These programs are offered to enable our community to engage with gentle embodied practices to name and process grief in all it’s forms.
Wild Grief is a body-centred experience of processing grief through movement and directs focus to all five senses to shift focus away from trying to process exclusively with the mind.
The labyrinth is an ancient spiritual and healing practice that centres on walking a defined path. A labyrinth is not a maze, but an intentionally designed path that weaves back and forth, in and out, before arriving at the centre. Then the path is walked in reverse. One may walk at any pace, stop and be still at any point along the way, remain in the centre as long as needed and then trace the path out. The walk is done in mindful silence. For our events, participants will “walk” with their grief. Teaching and guidance about the walk will be given beforehand, as well as time to reflect afterwards. Coordination of this experience will be led by trauma-informed practitioners who will be on hand to support this grief-processing experience.
The facilitators will prepare people beforehand and offer ways to weave this into an ongoing grief journey so that the participants are supported to continue this work following the group experience.
There is no fee to participate in this event but it does have limited enrollment so take a ticket and send an RSVP to griefantigonish@gmail.com and our facilitators will be in touch before the gathering.

A Gathering for Shared Insight, Strength, and Support
Women in business hold deep insight and lived experience, yet it’s rare that we have a place to share it openly. This gathering creates an opportunity to tap into a wisdom council—a supportive circle where our questions, stories, and instincts can uplift and strengthen one another. The potential exists to grow into a community of practice, we will let this emerge if it feels right!
Over three nourishing hours, we will slow down, listen deeply, and explore how we can be stronger by working together. This will be a small group – no more than 6 participants in the circle. Through conversation and collective inquiry, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Ask meaningful questions about challenges or transitions you’re navigating
- Tap into the guidance, perspective, and lived experience of other women in business
- Explore what becomes possible when we collaborate rather than compete
- Access clarity, courage, and new pathways forward
Who This Is For? Women entrepreneurs, small business owners, leaders, creatives, and those carving their own path—whether you’re in a period of growth, transition, or reevaluation.
To support this process, we will work with the Flow Game, a beautifully structured facilitation tool used around the world to deepen dialogue, reveal insight, and empower collective wisdom. Learn more at www.flowgame.net. We will also tap into the wisdom of the land and the inspiring energy of FireLoch – a restful reprive from boardroom conversations and traditional strategic planning sessions that often neglect to hold space for the wisdom of feminine energy.
This gathering is the beginning of a community of practice—a circle of women committed to supporting one another’s growth, leadership, and wellbeing.
Pricing: Pay What You Can
We want this space to be accessible while also honouring the time, preparation, and tools involved in hosting it. We invite you to pay what you can, with a suggested contribution of $50 per person. If $50 feels out of reach right now, please choose an amount that works for you or email jennifer@fireloch.com with an alternative contribution you can make to support this gathering. If you are able to contribute more, know that your generosity supports others in attending. Our goal is simple: everyone who feels called to this circle should be able to participate.
