Wintering, Connection, & Indulgence. Curious?

Come join us on Feb. 11th at Fireloch for a day of self-care, fun, and relaxation. We will begin with a centering practice; this will include a yogassage session which is deeply relaxing and restorative-followed by a guided meditation and sound bath with crystal singing bowls.

Bring your appetites as we will then connect around the open fire for some delicious hearty food “campfire style”. With warm full tummy’s we will head off for a gentle hike on one of the beautiful trails on the Fireloch property. After some nourishment and movement, we will meet back at the dome for some promised “indulgence” with a gourmet chocolate tasting experience. We will do a short, guided journalling practice using your senses as the inspiration.

Then you may choose to finish off your day of true “wintering” Nova Scotia style with a choice of a thrilling ax throwing session, a soothing sauna, a last walk on the trails and being cozy by the fire or “indulge” yourself and take in all three.

We are sure you will leave refreshed and restored for the second half of winter.
