This half day camp, hosted by Yvonne Landry RMT, will teach calming techniques and mindfulness practices, promoting focus, relaxation and emotional well-being. Suitable for ages 10-12 years – all genders welcome!
Activities will include:
*An art piece to take home
*Awakening the senses to the sounds and sights of nature
*Grounding/Earthing
*Breathing 101
*Hammock time and meditation
