What is yogassage?

Yogassage is an innovative approach that combines yoga and massage to create an experience that effortlessly blissful. Students leave class with less tension in their bodies, more energy, and a calmer mind.

Each class is 75 minutes of restorative yoga. During class, with music playing in the background, students hold gentle postures for 5 to 8 minutes each while the instructor(RMT/certified yoga teacher) provide continuous hands on adjustments and massage. Mindfulness/breath work is included in the session as well.

Each class is a maximum of four participants to ensure that each class receives an adjustment and or massage during every posture.  Cost: $45 for 75 minute classes. Yoga is covered under your massage umbrella of your extended healthcare coverage. Receipts will be issued for you to submit to your insurance.
