Let Us Help Design Your Perfect Gathering
ENSO DOME
The Enso Dome can comfortably accommodate 59 attendees in table groups for seated meetings and can be easily rearranged to accommodate alternative arrangements for yoga classes, breakout group work and more. The dome is fully equipped with accessible ramps, 2 wheelchair accessible washrooms, wifi speakers, high speed internet access, a prep kitchen space with full fridge and freezer, induction cooktop, coffee maker, microwave, kettle and our water source is beautifully spring fed!
Rental Rates: Minimum rental of 2 hours for $250, or half-day at $425 and full day at $600 and includes a venue host to assist with planning, set up and caretaking throughout the event.
BARN “WORKSHOP”
Our converted barn is an intimate gathering place for up to 10 attendees. This space can be set up for meetings with clients or teams, yoga/meditation classes, book clubs, smaller group gatherings. The Workshop can also be booked as a back up space for outdoor events and can be a place for catering, indoor rest area, etc. Our barn workshop is not wheelchair accessible as the washroom facility is on the second floor. Rental includes coffee maker, kettle, wifi speakers, high speed internet access, wood burning stove, and modular furniture as well as a breakout space on the 2nd floor with kitchen table and chairs. Accommodations for one, often a facilitator, can be reserved for the evening as a separate rental.

OUTDOOR EVENTS
There are many unique gathering places on the land at FireLoch: fire circles set up with seating for 20 , the Axe Throwing Area, the Pizza Oven Venue, the Sauna and Fire Pit gathering spot. We can also set up event tents onsite as well – reach out to discuss pricing and availability for any of these unique venue options.
INCLUDED AT FIRELOCH
We can assist with finding local accommodation and booking onsite catering for your events as well. Our local, trained facilitators can also be booked to support or augment your time at FireLoch, with experience in a wide range of supportive services: Strategic Planning facilitation, team building/leadership, supports/events: yoga, soap making, axe throwing, guided hikes, foraging, etc. Reach out for more information and we can provide you with facilitator’s bios to help you plan and design your event.
