Axe Throwing Pizza Party
Perfect for families or teams!
One of our most popular events at FireLoch is this combo event – an hour of axe throwing skill development and competitive games to work up an appetite for a DIY pizza party at the outdoor , wood burning cobb oven. We provide all the pizza toppings and drinks – you get to make your own pizzas, including throwing the dough and putting it into the wood-burning oven too! Axe throwing is a 15+ event but there are many other games onsite to keep everyone active. A high energy event for groups looking to play and have fun together.

Private Hosted Cookout
Book a unique private event at FireLoch for groups of up to 15 people. (Contact us if your group is larger).
We will provide all the fixings for a wood fired pizza meal – we can accommodate gluten sensitivities, dairy free and vegetarian diets. A host will stay with you throughout the event to take charge of helping assemble and cook your meal. All guests have access to the trails, hammock garden and picnic park, tents and games as well – a cookout makes for a memorable event!
Excellent for a unique family gathering or as a team event – works well as an add on to a staff day at FireLoch too. (Contact us for a quote if you group is larger than 15).

Private Axe Throwing
A great group event for friends or colleagues!
Looking for something new to do with your team from work or group of friends? Come throw axes with us! We will review basic safety, get comfortable with technique, then play organized games too. Easier than it looks, axe throwing is easy to get started and fun to play for all skill levels. Ages 15+

Barn Workshop Facility
Perfect for various types of events.
Our converted barn is an intimate gathering place for up to 10 attendees. This space can be set up for meetings with clients or teams, yoga / meditation classes, book clubs, and smaller group gatherings. The Workshop can also be booked as a backup space for outdoor events and can be a place for catering, indoor rest area, etc. Our barn workshop is not wheelchair accessible as the washroom facility is on the second floor. Rental includes coffee maker, kettle, wifi speakers, high speed internet access, wood burning stove, and modular furniture as well as a breakout space on the 2nd floor with kitchen table and chairs. Accommodations for one, often a facilitator, can be reserved for the evening as a separate rental.

Do you need time to work together on a strategic plan or are overdue for a team builder with new hires? Do you have folks returning from leave or virtual work and you need to rebuild key connections? Let’s build a memorable event.
One day at FireLoch includes a venue rental in our geodesic dome, catered lunch for up to 15 attendees using our pizza oven in a DIY workshop experience and you can also select from a range of available facilitators to augment your day: Yoga, breathwork and meditation, art therapy for teams, foraging and nature immersion workshops, soap making or basic carpentry classes where you’ll create something to take home! There is something to suit every team.
Typical Agenda: 9am arrival (tea and coffee onsite), 10-11:30am Meeting Time, 11:30-1pm Walk/Hike and Pizza Party Lunch 1-3pm Facilitated Workshop
